Refund policy

At Stadiumwear, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our soccer jerseys. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and packaging included.

• Personalized, customized, or final sale items (e.g., with printed names/numbers) are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

How to Return:

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Pack & Ship: Securely repackage the item with all original materials. Include your RMA number and order details inside the package. Ship to the address we provide.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund.
